Our designs are 100% handmade in our atelier in Belgium, making every piece uniquely crafted just for you.
It takes up to 7 business days to manufacture products you ordered before they will be shipped.
All parcels are securely packed and sent by UPS courier. Delivery takes 1-3 business days for destinations in Europe or 2-4 business days for all other countries. Every parcel has its individual tracking number.
During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.
