Answers to questions we are often asked.

Q: Are your jewellery made by hand in Belgium?

A: We are proud to say that all of our items are handcrafted in our atelier in Belgium, therefore each piece is a unique and may differ from each other. Les Deux also has a Belgian craft certification, making it a true Belgian must-have.

Q: Can you create my
own design?

A: We love it when you come up with an idea yourself, but it’s not necessary. Either way your jewellery will be unique and personal, just like yourself! If you have an idea and want to see if it’s feasible, don’t hesitate to send it to us so that we can take a look at it.

Q: Do you offer a guarantee
and repairs if my jewellery item is damaged?

A: Because we make our jewellery by hand in our atelier, there could always be a small flaw in the design. Therefore all of our custom made jewellery have a lifetime guarantee for repairs, as long as the piece is carefully taken care for of course. Just contact us at any time and we’ll make sure that your problem is solved swiftly!

Q: What kind of materials
do you use?

A: We only use the best materials and gemstones in our designs. We use 18 gold and Sterling Silver for our creations. Each design is also stamped with an official BOIP stamp which gives you a proof of authenticity. For precious gemstones and diamonds we also hand over a genuine certificate.

 

 

Shipping Policy

It takes up to 7 business days to manufacture products you ordered before they will be shipped. All parcels are securely packed and sent by UPS courier. 

Delivery takes 1-3 business days for destinations in Europe or 2-4 business days for all other countries. Every parcel has its individual tracking number.

Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

During sale events and new collection launches, there may be a slightly longer processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

Earrings cannot be returned due to health and safety reasons. However exceptions will be made if the earrings are unworn and we are contacted as soon as your order is received. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@lesdeux.be. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
