It takes up to max. 7 business days to create your unique piece. All of our jewellery is handmade in our atelier and this takes some time. For urgent orders, please email to info@lesdeux.be or leave a comment in the box at check out. There are some items in stock or your order can be made a priority.

All parcels are securely packed and sent by Bpost and delivered accordingly. Delivery takes 24 hrs for destinations in Belgium or 2-4 business days for all other countries, but these are indications and can vary. Every parcel has its individual tracking number and can be tracked and traced.

Sidenote: Due to the unexpectedly large number of online orders during coronavirus, Bpost has indicated that it cannot guarantee the delivery time. Please allow several days of delay.

pricing

We offer free shipping in Belgium for orders above 50€, all orders under this amount will be charged with a standard Bpost shipping fee of 5,70 € (VAT incl.) for packages under 5kg. All parcels will be accompanied with an online track&trace number and a proof of deposit.

We also ship in all European countries, for all bordering countries such as Germany, France (except Dom-Tom), Grand Duchy of Luxembourg, Netherlands and United Kingdom the shipping fee will be 16,40 € (VAT incl.) for packages under 5kg. All other European countries are charged 32,80 € (VAT incl.) for packages under 5kg: Azores, Austria, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Madeira, Malta, Man (Island), Monaco, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Czech Republic, Croatia.
